About Us
Our family’s passion for food is rooted in the Mediterranean coast of Italy, where my father, Ugolino Silvestri, began his culinary journey as a young boy selling doughnuts on the beach of Miseno. He went on to train and work as a chef across Europe before bringing his vision to the United States. Together with my mother, Diane, they opened the first ‘Italian Touch’ in 1979 in Howell, New Jersey. Inspired by my father’s hard work and dedication, I opened Italian Touch in Woodstock, Virginia, in 2001.
Originally located beside the Shell gas station, we began as a casual eat-in, carry-out, and delivery pizza shop. In 2024, we moved across the street to our current location (the old Burger King) to expand and serve authentic Italian-American cuisine with the warmth and hospitality that have been our signature for decades. We are deeply grateful to all who have supported us over the years!

Come in and enjoy our dining room with your choice of full-service waitstaff or self-serve order at the counter. You can also enjoy a meal with your friends and family at home with convenient takeout or delivery. We now offer curbside pick-up at our drive-through window!
Italian Touch features authentic New York style pizza and our famous Philly cheese-steaks. Our pizza dough is hand-made fresh daily with high quality ingredients. Fresh marinara sauce is made in house and used in many of our homemade pasta dishes or as a side to our fatboys and strombolis! We strive to offer healthy, affordable options for our customers and use only the finest ingredients when preparing delicious Italian-American fare.
